One King Street West
One King Street West or 1 King West is a hotel-condo project in the heart of Toronto's financial district. The tower is built on an existing building, the Dominion Bank Building (Toronto) (180m) built in 1914. The condo tower stands at 51 stories or 176 metres and is the most slender residential structure in the world. Stanford Downey Architect Inc. were the architects involved in the project.
