McMichael Canadian Art Collection
The McMichael Canadian Art Collection is an art gallery in Kleinburg, Ontario, northwest of Toronto. It houses an extensive collection of paintings by Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven and their contemporaries, and First Nations and Inuit artists. Also on display are temporary special exhibitions. The gallery is situated amid 100 acres of serene conservation land, and housed in a sprawling complex of intimate galleries built of fieldstone and hand-hewn logs.
